Subscription FAQs
If you can’t pick up your subscription bouquet on the Thursday:
- you can send someone else, though you will need to let us know via email 48 hours ahead of time
- you can collect the next day but bare in mind the flowers will be a day older
- you can move to a different Thursday but you’ll need to notify us via email a week in advance so we we can allocate harvest time, labour and other resources to the right day
- you can nominate another person to collect and enjoy it as a gift but please let us know 48 hours ahead of time
- at the end of day 2 your floral bouquet will either be given away or thrown away (for example, if you don’t collect on Thursday, you can still pick up on Friday but not Saturday).
A note from us:
While we will try to be accommodating, it is your responsibility to ensure that the flowers are collected as per the agreement you acknowledged when making the subscription purchase. As farmers, we cannot rejig our entire production schedule each time a customer forgets to pick up their bouquet or forgets to notify us that they cannot collect a bouquet. Firstly it would be unfair to other rule-abiding customers to make another bouquet to replace the one you forgot and secondly, farming is difficult enough without having to take a loss simply because you forgot to hold up your end of the deal.Â
Of course, we will try to reach out if we notice you haven’t picked up your bouquet but as this business grows it becomes a logistical nightmare trying to keep a track of who has and hasn’t collected their weekly bouquet.Â
Pro-tip: We highly recommend setting a weekly reminder via your calendar or phone so you don’t forget to pick up your bouquet or send someone to do so on your behalf.
